CLUB WITH THE CLUB GUIDELINES

​The following Guidelines issued by The Club at Prescott Lakes were adopted the the Prescott Lakes Pickleball Club, June 5, 2019, and are considered as part of our Bylaws.

GUIDELINES / REMINDERS FOR CLUBS WITHIN THE CLUB
​“Clubs Within The Club” are member-sponsored, member-administered organizations which meet at The Club at Prescott Lakes.  However, these groups are not sponsored, endorsed, managed by or affiliated in any way with Prescott Lakes Club Management, LLC; The Club at Prescott Lakes, LLC;  or any of their respective affiliates, employees or agents.  Any opinions expressed or actions taken or directed at the meetings of such groups are the sole responsibility of the organizers and participants in such groups.
 
Members wanting details on how to start a Club within The Club (aka CWC) or to change CWC information should contact Marie Morrell at 928-443-3505 or Member Relations at 928-443-3512.  All Clubs Within The Club are responsible for compliance with Club Policy and Rules At Prescott Lakes.  The following is a partial list of rules governing the use of the Club Facilities.  This list has been prepared for the convenience of members and is not intended to limit, modify or replace the Club Policy and Rules at Prescott Lakes.

               GENERAL CLUB RULES
2.3 Advertisements and Solicitations
    (c)  No portion of the official Club Roster, including email addresses, shall be used for any purpose by anyone, without written prior approval of the Club Operator, unless required by law.
    (d)  All Club Committees and Clubs Within
The Club will hide (blind copy) the recipients of all emails sent out to their Club Members.
2.6 Dress Code
    Members and Guests are to dress in attire that is appropriate to the occasion and to a Country Club setting.
2.10 Smoking
    No smoking is permitted in Club Facilities.  Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
2.12 Weapons
    No firearms or other weapons of any kind
are permitted on the Club premises at any
time.
                    GUEST POLICIES
 4.1 Guest Registration and Fees
     Members are responsible for registering their guests and assuring that applicable guest fees are paid prior to allowing their guests to use
the Club Facilities.
4.2 Day Guests
    Members may sponsor as their day guest a non-member who does not reside in the Prescott Lakes Community, subject to the following rules:
  1. Non-member day guests may use the outdoor pool and the tennis courts no more than 24 days in a calendar year.
  2. Non-member day guests may play golf no more than 6 days in a calendar year.
  3. Non-member day guests may use the Athletic Club fitness facilities no more than 12 days in a calendar year.
  4. Non-member day guests may participate
    in all other Club Within The Club activities
    (such as pickleball, ping pong, bridge, cribbage) no more than 12 days in a
    calendar year.
